Although it's located in the 15th arrondissement on the outskirts, requiring subway transfers to get anywhere, we were quite satisfied with our stay. We had also stayed at a Novotel in London, but surprisingly, our 4-night stay here was cheaper than the 3-night stay in London. The staff were remarkably friendly, and the positive atmosphere among them created a pleasant environment that our family really appreciated. I apologize if the spelling isn't exact, but Matilda, whom we met during check-in, was particularly kind and welcoming to us. We arrived in Paris on an extremely hot day, and she thoughtfully provided us with water, which we were so grateful for. On our departure day, she and all the reception staff waved goodbye to us, which really helped our trip continue on a positive note. The room was great, and having a microwave allowed us to heat up simple meals, which the kids were happy about. The only issue was that the shower water temperature couldn't be adjusted properly for a while - it would be great if this could be checked and fixed. Overall, despite being in the outer district, the excellent value for money, exceptionally friendly staff, and convenient room amenities made our Paris stay very enjoyable.
Family room was spacious and clean, looked similar to an aparthotel, but with more hotel furnishings and vibes. Sofa bed was two-tier and comfortable for the kids. Bathroom was spacious with separate bathtub and shower cubicle. Location was acceptably quiet- can barely hear the train or the traffic. Very convenient access to the metro, tram, or buses. However there's no drop-off porch, so it's a bit inconvenient with taxis, especially if you have big heavy luggages or if it's raining. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely consider this hotel again if I'm travelling light and want somewhere clean and quiet.
Hotel over all clean and updates with nice shower rooms.Hotel location very sketchy not in the best area. I didn't feel safe walk around past 9pm. Asian manager maybe GM was very nice and did what she could make stay better. In the end at check out middle eastern lade at front desk was very nasty and snappy to my son. I would say over all 3 stars best I can give!
