The hotel is very well located, served by public transportation and walking distance for the most interesting sites in the town. Rooms are spacious and well equipped with amenities. Although having the central train station as a neighbour, the rooms are protected from external noise. A very recovering night of sleep on comfortable beds. The breakfast is rich in options for all tastes. But nothing as good as the staff: a warm reception and always ready to support guests.
This is an awesome location, so close to the Reims train station to get out to all the areas of champagne. I took 3 separate day trips to beautiful areas of champagne in the 5 days in Reims. Service was excellent, clean and tidy, and decent sized rooms.
Enjoyed a short stay at the Novotel. Good friendly staff - especially the bar staff very knowledgeable and helpful! Nice clean and spacious room well maintained, good housekeeping. Good location next to the main train station
