Novotel Suites Rouen Normandie

We received a warm welcome and all staff were friendly and polite. The family room was all we needed for 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast choices were great and very tasty. Great location too, with walks along the Seine just over the road, and only 10 minutes into the town centre. Lots of choice for restaurants close by. Underground parking also a big plus point, but there were plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

We were warmly welcomed at Reception and immediately advised of parking arrangements, which were very convenient. The room was more than adequate for our overnight stay. Proximity to the restaurants and other facilities on the redeveloped port area was much appreciated. Breakfast next morning was first class in our opinion. This is an excellent hotel which we are very happy to recommend. We plan to return to the area for a longer stay and look forward to re-visiting Novotel Suites.

Great hotel with chargeable underground parking. You can take a tram into town from a stop nearby. I had a room with no breakfast included and even though I didn't take breakfast they charged me for it. I didn't notice until a couple of days later and they refunded me for it. I'm noticing that a lot of Novotel hotels are doing this so beware if you have no breakfast that they haven't sneakily put on on your bill. Room large and great. I'll stay again but will check the bill before I leave.
