Overall positive. Polite and friendly staff, clean and spacious room. However, the breakfast area is small and crowded, and the bathroom design looks similar to a cruise ship cabin and it's tiny. Location is good, a few steps from the metro and 10 min walk to Prater and park.

The car park offers ample space, with plenty of parking available. We arrived a little earlier than the official check-in time, but fortunately, our room was already prepared. We were lucky to be able to unload our belongings before heading out for some sightseeing. The hotel is very well located—just a short walk from the U-Bahn station, and the U1 line provides easy access to the city centre. Our room was spacious, providing plenty of room for the two of us and our dog. We especially appreciated the thoughtful inclusion of a drinking water tap in the room—it’s a smart and convenient feature. During our stay, the weather was particularly warm. Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was not functioning properly, and the control panel indicated that no cooling was being provided. We reported the issue and requested a technician. However, when we returned to the hotel around 9 p.m., the room remained uncomfortably warm—warmer even than the hallway. Although we filed a complaint, we were too tired to change rooms that evening. Unfortunately, this resulted in a sleepless night. The following morning, we spoke to the reception team, who kindly arranged for a room change as one became available. After the move, we were much more comfortable and satisfied with the remainder of our stay.

Overall, a satisfying stay. The room was excellent, modern, well-designed, with separate toilet and bathroom, which was very convenient. The microwave, fridge, coffee machine with drink options, and drinkable tap water were all great extras. Breakfast was tasty, though the restaurant felt a bit cramped. Unfortunately, the restaurant staff were quite unfriendly, which contrasted with the excellent reception team during check-in. One issue: we requested an iron at the reception in the morning. After 30 minutes, no one brought it. I found a cleaning lady myself, she kindly responded, but the iron was broken, dangerous, and didn’t work. I returned it, but no replacement came. Eventually, we had to leave with wrinkled clothes. The entrance to the parking garage is quite narrow.
