Novotel Swan Valley Vines Resort

Hotel itself is very nice and has vast grounds, my room was large with a comfy bed, nice toiletries with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast Buffet was very disappointing, had to clear and set a table for myself whilst staff member looked on, area where breakfast was served was very uninviting and not where I was told it would be at time of check in. Coffee was foul no wonder they offer an upgrade. Finding your way around isn’t easy either, it’s a bit of a maze with a lack of signage. More signs to reception would be very helpful.

Great place to stay, lots to see and do, not just for golfers. Food was exceptional bar one meal which I found what looked like steel wool in it, told the waiter about it, was no apology or offer of a free meal or drink, was at reception for a total of 3 times and was waiting 5-10 minutes before being served on all occasions, twice the lady was on the phone and nobody else was there. Room for improvement there. Will be returning as it was very well priced, 5 minutes away from home and had great atmosphere and lots to do for the whole family.

Very very welcoming. The grounds amenities and pools fantastic. There were no dressing gowns and slippers. We ate at the restaurant my husband ordered the fish for the mushy peas. Lol that's a pommie thing. A teaspoon amount he was gutted. But enjoyed the meal. I ordered beef sandwich no knife and forks to cut it. Left the meat it was just tough grissel. We didn't have a means of transport to go anywhere so obviously had to eat here. Putting the food aside i would 100 percent recommend you put this place on your todo list. The kangaroos bouncing around loved it. Very child friendly. Those who play golf this place is for you.
