I came back because I enjoyed my previous stay in Nov 2019. The hotel was still as great as I previously remembered and the completion of the light rail project, which had only just started before my previous stay, has been transformational to the whole area. And there is still more to come. Great room, great food, and great staff. And I must not forget that the light rail passes out front.
The Hotel is very well located. Kajal from reception was super friendly! Despite the constant flow of people checking-in at 2:00pm, she was still polite to everyone and made sure I had a comfortable stay. She's definitely deserving of a raise!!
Stayed three nights for a conference. You never expect much from the food at these things but we were all pleasantly surprised. We had two buffet lunches and a sit down dinner and the food was excellent. We were very happy and well fed conference attendees!
