Novotel Tangerang

Staff were fantastic. While I was there I suffered an injury walking along the road. On returning to the hotel the staff couldn’t have been better. They took us to the hospital and collected my husband later. Very professional and caring treatment. The room was lovely and very comfortable and the pool area was beautifully kept and a delight to spend time at. The gym was easily the best one we found in our time in Indonesia. Breakfast was also very good with a great selection of dishes which were kept topped up. Having the mall connected directly to the hotel was definitely an added bonus. On leaving the staff were also very helpful in organising transport to the airport. I can not fault our stay and can highly recommend Novotel Tangerang.

Went To This Hotel With my family and i couldn't help saying this but it was definitely one of the best Hotel We ever stayed,The food was delicious and the room were very comfortable for my family to enjoy vacation together And i also would love to mention something,i really like that this hotel gave us vip treatment for free and thank you to a one boy that serve us the vip complimentary with a warm smile and not to mention he also has a very good english skills,he explained to us very well about the vip treatment! Hope to return to this Hotel again one day with my family haha!!

We had a nice and relaxing stay at Novotel Tangerang. Check in and Check out was a breeze. They had and nice variety of breakfast. The hotel was child-friendly, they even have cooking classes that my children enjoyed. I will definitely return again and will recommend to friends too! Well done and Kudos to all Novotel Tangerang staff!
