✨ I had a wonderful experience at the hotel restaurant, and it’s all thanks to the amazing ANNA! She’s incredibly sweet, helpful, and always has the kindest smile on her face. Her service was beyond perfect — she made sure everything was just right and went out of her way to help, even when she didn’t have to. Honestly, she made my visit so much better and more comfortable. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would do it just because of her! Thank you so much ANNA, you’re truly a gem 💖🌟
The hotel is very neat and clean, room service is very good. Staffs are very friendly. Specially the breakfast area is the best. The service staffs, Anna, Khatuna, Christina, Nini and all others were very freindly and helpful. Food is excellent. Would love to visit again
The hotel is new so the room, public areas and washrooms are clean. That is pretty much the only good thing I can say about this hotel. I booked it solely because there was a pool, but the pictures are highly misleading. The pool is a splash pool at best. The two times I tried to use it there were kids playing in it and there was literally no place to swim. The breakfast spread is extremely limited. The scrambled eggs are very undercooked. The pastry selection is smaller than my pantry at home. In the name of grilled vegetables they served broccoli, yes just broccoli three days in a row. Well in advance of my arrival I had requested breakfast to go on days when I was supposed to leave early in the morning for my excursions and on two out of the four days they either forgot or plainly said no even though I had an email from the general manager confirming it. In the packed box there was a sad croissant, a boiled egg and some cucumbers. On one of the three days I ate at the restaurant, where there were hardly three or four diners, I asked for butter and the three staff members could not even be bothered to give it to me. They fully ignored me. On the day of checkout I had already requested a late checkout, which was also confirmed by the general manager over email, yet I got two calls and people knocking at my door clearly marked DND asking me to check out. While checking out two people informed me again that checkout was at twelve. This made me really mad because only one floor is operational at the hotel and the staff does not even honour emails from their own general manager. What will happen when the whole place is operational, only god knows. I am an all Accor member and have stayed at Accor hotels all over the world but this was the worst service I have ever experienced. I usually do not leave negative reviews but this place really pushed all my buttons.
