This was our 4th stay at this hotel. Located on the beach with ample parking. We had a sea view room, which was lovely and clean and a good size for a couple and 1 child. Buffet breakfast was excellent as usual with plenty to choose from. Would definitely recommend and we will be back!

Unfortunately our experience at this hotel was very disappointing, the rooms were outdated and needed a refresh, the staff were not very engaged and many of the small touches were missing. For example there was no shampoo in the shower, when I asked at reception they handed me a bottle which the cleaning staff never replaced in the shower - meaning they were never checking whether or not it needed to be replenished. The coffee was never replaced in the room and I had to ask several times for this to be replaced. But by far the worst was our experience with dinner in the restaurant. Despite having a booking and it was a special occasion as it was my others 83rd birthday, we were left waiting with no one even acknowledging us for 15 minutes. Once we were seated, service was extremely slow and we were surrounded by dirty tables that needed clearing for the duration of our meal. After our starters, the waiter came and asked us if we would like to order dessert - even though we had not had our main course yet. Once they realised this mistake - they rushed out our main courses, getting 1 order wrong and serving 1 steak that was inedible as it was so chewy. When we complained, they brought out the wrong food again and another terrible steak. At this point we asked to speak to the manager - who took more than 15 minutes to come to our table, we had to get up to ask AGAIN to speak to someone. When we did eventually get to speak to someone, although they voided the 2 meals, they also tried to justify the mistakes when in reality the entire meal should have been voided as the evening was pretty much ruined. One of the worse restaurant experiences I have ever had, despite the absolutely beautiful view. The restaurant was Le Maison Mer

Please don’t waste your money by staying here. We arrived after a long drive and had to go straight to restaurant as it was closing soon (8:45pm). We had to return 2 dishes as they were cold - no apology from staff, nothing. They forgot items from our order, service was very slow. We then decided to go to our room and collapse after a long drive. The room was filthy - sand, dirt and hair all over the floor, the toilet had not been cleaned, there were hairs in the bedding - there were no other rooms for us to move to, no house keeping to clean it so a member of reception team did the best they could. Staff were only able to offer a 30% reduction in room fee as no Hotel Manager was there. Nothing offered for the horrible dining experience. I will be staying away from any Accor/Novotel hotels in the future.
