This is a well located hotel with friendly, helpful staffand a swimming pool for the hot sunny days. Clean and comfortable rooms are well maintained by the friendly housekeeping staff. Breakfasts are excellent with multiple choices. The reception staff too, are extremely friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back to this hotel.

I’ll start with the positive, the hotel is in a good location. It’s nice to be beside the park. For the negatives and I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel is lacking in some areas that could see major improvements. For one the breakfast you have to cook your own eggs on a terrible pan and too many fruit flies. The food at dinner comes out cold. As well as one of our guests had a severe allergy and made this clear during ordering, it was missed and we still had to pay for it. The service was poor. The AC is weak. The pool is a good size but it’s absolutely freezing in early August. The kids play room is a good idea but it had some odd things like books with people holding guns to someone’s head and the items aren’t really kept up. We were here on a company trip, I would not recommend this hotel.

Terrible management and zero empathy in the face of an exceptional situation We had a reservation at this hotel, but an air traffic controller strike prevented us from traveling. We contacted them through Booking.com to request a solution (cancellation, change of dates, or at least a voucher), and their response was simply: "It's not our problem." We find it unacceptable that a hotel of this caliber shows no consideration for a situation beyond our control. Zero flexibility, zero empathy, zero interest in helping. We lost our trip and our money. We cannot recommend this hotel and hope this review will help others.
