Novotel Trabzon

The hotel is very beautiful, with spacious rooms and a very good level of cleanliness. The breakfast is varied and well-organized. Although the beach is not managed by the hotel, it is lovely, and the Black Sea is amazing — the children can swim far out without fear because the water is not deep. The indoor pool is also very clean. The hotel is right next to Cevahir Mall — just a 3-minute walk away.

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location! The hotel is stunning, and the location couldn’t be better, the beach is right in front of the property, which was a major highlight. Breakfast was decent, but the variety could definitely be improved. I expected more options for a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the service in the breakfast area was disappointing. The staff there were not friendly and their attitude made us feel unwelcome. This was the only downside of our stay. On a more positive note, room service and the front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful, they made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of.

It’s truly one of the worst experiences I ever had in my whole life. Staff are rude not professional have no experience they know nothing about hospitality. Housekeeping well knock your as much as they can even if there is a DND. First time in my entire life happened to me that housekeeping trying to break the door How a hotel like this a 5 star I don’t know. This should be rated a 3 star. Rooms dirty a hotel looks very uncomfortable. Reception staff know nothing I have visited Novotel all around the globe. This is recorded one of the worst. It’s even some 3 star hotel are much better cleaner and more professional. My mistake was I didn’t read guest reviews before I book. It’s very bad image for a city like Trabzon It didn’t even met the requirements of 5 star hotel so how it did become I really don’t know. For those travellers who visited other Accor hotels will see the big gap between this scam hotel and real 5 star hotels. Regards,
