A great choice for a stay in Vilnius. The receptionists are excellent at their job, we 8 people "processed" in a few minutes. They were helpful and kind, provided all the necessary information. It's nice to see the staff smiling naturally and making you feel welcome just as you walk through the door. Special thanks to Carolina and Kaja. Keep it up!!! The rooms are perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, I even looked for the mattress label :) The view from the windows is worth special mentioning - a wonderful view of the old town. At breakfast, everyone will find the right food for themselves. Large selection, everything is delicious.
Great location in the heart of the city! The staff was very professional, polite, and welcoming. I was kindly offered a room upgrade, which made my stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection and excellent service from a truly professional team. Special thanks to the night staff working on July 27th — the service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. Thank you to the entire team. I’ll definitely stay here again!
Well located, snacks and drink on arrival and we had a good view from the room, overlooking the square, with the upgrade we received. Gym had great views. The multipurpose equipment was broken but the weights and machines were good.
