Very kid friendly hotel with great breakfast and views from the odd side of the hotel (Regarding room numbers.) My only gripe about the rooms is that there is no door on the shower, and there is an open space where water can go to the floor, causing a slipping hazard, as well as lack of ventilation from shower steam. However, the rest of the room is spacious. The mattresses were comfortable in the double twin bed rooms. The inclusion of daily activities for kids and a kid friendly lobby truly add value to the hotel!

Good hotel on really perfect position. Air conditioned well and air is also fresh. All clean and nice. Only downside is that if you are voice sensitive street noise is clearly heard in rooms even in higher floors (was in 27th), but you can handle that with ear plugs. Views are great especially if you are facing to center and higher buildings. Overall very nice hotel and would be 5 stars with a bit better sound proofing.

Good evening I visited the Novotel Hotel on Wednesday, July 30, 2025. I booked a paid early check-in to accommodate my early arrival in Warsaw and because I was with an elderly man. However, upon arrival at 9:00 AM, the receptionist (wearing glasses) refused. I couldn't get her name because she was hiding it from me. She said check-in was at 3:00 PM. I asked to check in, but she was very unfriendly!! I had to take a parking space near the hotel for 6 hours. After I got a copy of the reservation stating early check-in from the office that arranged my trip, I went to the employee and showed her the reservation (although she definitely had it registered 🙂‍↕️). She asked for my passport, and after I brought it to her, she asked me to go to another employee!! Why the poor service? I don't know!! I chose Poland as a tourist destination for its reputation for friendly people, but I was surprised by this rude treatment by this employee 😔 And certainly this is an individual case and cannot be generalized. I approached Miss Georgia and she was very kind. She gave gifts to my children and helped me a lot in entering and getting to know the parking building. She was very wonderful. Thank you Georgia 🌷 The wonderful Novotel hotel chain deserves employees like Georgia
