Room booked last minute. Everything was good, from check in to check out. The lounge/hall is a good place to work, chill ambient songs, lots of table and outlets. And a bar just in case you need to relax after a meeting ! I’ll definitely come back if I need a place to stay for a few days
Stayed 1 night between austria and Dunkirk, rooms clean and tidy, refreshments tray ample foe 2 people. Bathroom clean, towels, shampoo and shower gel supplied. Down side, no evening meal available apart from pizza, hot breakfast items were cold, rude lady said get coffee from bar as I went to use coffee machine near breakfast items.
The hotel smells musky throughout, and rooms were in need of repair, the temperature in the room wouldn't set below 20 degrees which made it uncomfortable to sleep with the thick duvets. A large sign on the fridge invites you to enjoy the contents, however no water or anything else is provided. We walked out in the evening and on return the hotel driveway is unlit and therefore dangerous to walk along as a pedestrian, the car park also had overflowing bins. Upon grabbing a towel after showering I found brown stains on it so instead dried off with a hand towel. I alerted reception on my departure so they could remove the towel from use, however the staff member was disinterested.
