Novotel Wien City

The room is clean and spacious! Breakfast is very good and delicious! The service is amazing, especially Shadia who is very friendly, kind and welcoming. We will definitely recommend this hotel for our friends and family.

We stayed 3 nights here. Checking in was very good and we got our room early. The room was nice and clean and we had a small balcony. Nice touches were a stocked mini fridge with some snacks and drinks. The room lacked storage - there was three of us. We made do but ended up with clothes all over. There were no drawers at all which would have helped the situation. Breakfast itself was nice and a wide choice. Omelettes to order and a waffle machine as well. Lots of cold choices and breads. The biggest issue was the organisation and layout. I appreciate there wasn’t enough room for everything in one place but at time we had to get a plate from one place, then put toast in a toaster situated on the bar. Then walk back to get butter from a chiller and then back to the toaster. And repeat! The freshly cooked omelettes were nice but took 15 mins to cook. Check out was straightforward and the hotel was located in a good position and only 10-15 mins walk from the main centre. Overall a good stay but it needs a few tweaks.
