My stay here was truly comfortable and pleasant. The bedroom was very clean, and the staff provided friendly service with warm smiles. In particular, Ms. Polina at the reception was exceptionally kind, welcoming us with a bright smile and even speaking Korean. The breakfast and the service from the restaurant staff were also excellent.

I checked in late at night, but due to a system error, I was initially assigned the wrong room. However, thanks to the receptionist’s prompt response and problem-solving skills, the issue was resolved smoothly without any inconvenience. Problems can happen anywhere, but it’s the level of service that shapes a guest’s impression of a hotel. In that sense, the receptionist and the restaurant staff provided excellent service that truly stood out. I also appreciated seeing Korean food at the breakfast buffet — it was such a joy to enjoy Korean ramen and kimchi here in Europe. One of the buffet kitchen staff, a gentleman with a beard, made our morning even more special by giving my daughter some delicious chocolate and my wife a traditional Polish cake for Easter. That warm gesture and kindness truly brightened our day. Each and every staff member displayed great professionalism. Thank you once again for making our Easter holiday so special. I sincerely wish happiness and good fortune to all the staff, both at home and at work.

I thought about the rating and I guess I cannot give it more than 3 stars. Rooms: quite okay, but the showers are silly and you gotta be careful with the water… and unlike my colleagues I didn’t have the krówki box in my room… I could hear people in other rooms when the closed the door and it was a bit annoying. The pillows are awful, I had to use the other blanket as a pillow, so I wouldn’t get a migraine but I still woke up with one… Breakfast: it was rather crowded and queues wee happening, I am used to more spacious places for breakfasts. The food was nice tho and I liked some typical polish stuff. you can make your own waffles which I found really cool. Staff: Receptionist was sweet; the bar though? No one really serves you, you have to go there, order and bring it back to the table yourself. Hello? Interior: quite okay, I liked the variety of plants and the lobby Location: not too bad not too great
