Novotel Xi'an Scpg

This is a very nice hotel and is correctly located in Google maps. Stayed one night for business. I did not utilize the restaurants or any facilities on site so the 5 stars is based solely on the location, cleanliness of the rooms, and helpfulness of the staff. The hotel is essentially connected to a mall so there are plenty of food options nearby. There is a Starbucks outside the hotel about 100 yards down-great for Westerners needing a morning Cup of Joe. I will choose this hotel again the next time I’m in Xi’an

Excellent location in the middle of a lot of popular attractions. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

This hotel is well situated on top of a big shopping complex and next to Long Shou (龙首) metro station. So you are always be able to find food (Hao Di Lao opens till 7am) and will have easy access via the subway. The rooms are well kept, big enough and very comfortable. The reception is at the 8th floor but there will be someone at the first floor to welcome you. I am especially greatly for the help they provided when I had some problem with some delivery.
