Novotel Zurich Airport Messe

We had a good stay at the Novotel Zurich Messe. The location is very convenient, with a tram stop located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around the city. The room was comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing space after a day of travel. Renovations were ongoing during our stay, which meant that some hotel amenities were unavailable, but it didn’t significantly impact our overall experience. We’d consider staying here again, especially once the renovations are complete.

It was not the first time I spent at the Novotel Zurich Airport Messe but the first time since the rooms were renovated. They really did a good job with the renovation of the rooms. The ground floor (front desk, restaurant, lobby, etc.) is still undergoing renovations, but this didn't impact my stay in any way. The rooms are comfortable and modern. The whole team did a really good job in making my stay memorable, being always friendly and helpful with any of my requests. Thanks to the whole team. This hotel will be my new go-to location when staying in Zurich.

I have lived in multiple countries over the last 20 years, this is the worst experience i have ever had. Specially the reception staff and supervisor were the most rude people ever seen. I have never had to go down to reception myself to get fresh towels, cutlery, soap, ask the person sitting on reception and listening to music to answer their phone or even ask them to clean my room which wasn’t clean for 2 days. Even when proved room was not cleaned the rude supervisor had no apology of any sort. The breakfast area was stinking of the same dirty cloth they use to clean all tables. Worst reception staff ever.
