Novus Jiva Villa Resort and Spa Anyer

I had a wonderful stay at Novus Jiva. Even after 4 years, the property is still very well-maintained and looks great. The staff were all friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. Special thanks to Ms. Regina who handled the check-in process smoothly and professionally, and to Mr. Febri for the fast and efficient check-out. The breakfast was quite good, although I think it could be even better with a wider variety of food options. One of the highlights is the private beach just across from the property — a perfect place to relax and unwind. If there's one minor point for improvement, it would be the water pressure in the shower, which could be stronger. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and hope the high standards of maintenance and service continue to be upheld. Would definitely recommend and love to come back!

Family reunion. Indonesians, Yanks and an Aussie. 4kids. We could not have picked a better place. Great hotel/resort but made very special by the staff, led by Joannes( or Mr Customer Service as we called him). Nothing, and l mean nothing, was too much trouble for Joannes and his staff.What a treat, 2 infinity pools, one at the beach. Lots to do, games room with pool table, archery, and more. Birders heaven. Get the breakfast!!!!

We had a wonderful stay overall – the view from our room was stunning, and the service throughout our visit was consistently warm and attentive. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. However, one thing that could be improved is the availability of power outlets. There were very few accessible sockets in the room, making it a bit inconvenient to charge our phones and other devices, especially when traveling with multiple gadgets. Still, it was a lovely stay and we truly appreciated the beautiful setting and great hospitality :)
