The location is right in the heart of ROME. Near the apartment you will find lots of small shops and restaurants, the streets are amazing for walking around. It is a walking distance to piazza navona and Vatican though it is not as crowded as all touristic places. Apartment has everything you need and a good size. It is in decent condition and everything is working, though you need to wait once the warms in the shower. I would 1000% consider this apartment the next time I will be planning to visit Rome

The accommodations were great and the location was fantastic. However, the manager is very very rude, and it really put a damper on our experience and stay. There was a misunderstanding on our booking, and while I understand this frustrated her, she was rude, huffing and puffing, and wouldn't speak to us properly - this is not my expectation when I am spending $700 / night, she acted like she was doing us a favor. We had no other choice but to stay and again the location is great, accommodations are good too. Also, we are a large family and she would only give us one key. I heard another customer complaining about this too - he was locked out for hours b/c his wife had the key and the manager wouldn't give him another one. The door automatically locks from the outside - it is a key, not a key card. We accidentally locked ourselves out one night and had to contact her, although we dreaded it. English is used differently in different countries and she replied with it takes time, and I asked for clarification as I wasn't sure what she meant. Her response was rude again - saying "it shouldn't be hard for you to understand what I am saying. Wait. I will come." Just unnecessarily unpleasant. Again, we are paying customers and this was not anything like I've experienced at any of our other travels through Italy or Europe. If service matters, I would re think this one.
