The hotel is good. The best is that it's situated right on the beach and the beach is clean and nice. The hotel and rooms are clean, the WiFi is good, can be used even on the beach. Most of all I appreciated the quietness of the air conditioner. The staff is friendly and helpful, though the girls at the bar should learn at least a little bit of English, it was difficult to explain what you want, if you order something not from the cocktails menu. There was a lot of food, but it was almost the same every day, tastes differ , that's why I can't say if it was good or not. Some was tasty for me, some was not, though I was happy, that it wasn't me, who should wreck the brain deciding what to cook for dinner. The decoration of shelves with food was very nice. In any case respect to the cooks and waiters, who should work hard and not give up smiling. You have to pay extra for hamam and massage, but it's worth it, the specialists are good Recommend 👍 Restaurants a la carte were also good, especially the fish restaurant. The Mexican food was too spicy to my taste and didn't manage to go to the Italian one. The drinks were either local or mixed with water. But in general, nice and big hotel, and it's better to be on vacation than at work.
I’m currently staying at Noxxin Hotel in Turkey, and unfortunately, the food has been the most disappointing part of my stay. The hotel serves nearly the same dishes every day, with very little variety. Most meals revolve around lamb or beef, which becomes repetitive and frustrating, especially for guests who prefer other options or dietary variety. Even beyond the repetition, the overall quality of the food is quite poor—many dishes taste bland or overcooked, and freshness seems to be lacking. It feels like minimal effort is put into rotating menus or offering balanced meals. For a hotel of this level, I expected much better. A more diverse menu with fresh, well-prepared food would make a big difference. I hope the management seriously reconsiders the dining experience for future guests.
I’ve been to Turkey for about 15 times now. This has been my worst experience so far. 5 star hotel??? Not in our case. Staff was not friendly, don’t speak enough English or no English at all, which made it impossible to communicate. We upgraded our room for a larger room with excellent view (+€70) however the neighbours next to us were being too loud. In the night, in the morning,.. they were always yelling, children crying, we even could hear them use the bathroom. Walls are too thin. We asked for another room (more quiet). We went to guest relations for that but the two women could not speak one word English.. with translater they told us it was not possible to exchange rooms. We contacted our travel guide and he made sure we had a new room. The new room was much smaller. After dinner, we wanted to rest for a while on the bed and all of a sudden, the bed just broke and we were on the ground. We went to the reception again, but they couldn’t understand what we were trying to say. They would eventually sent a technician to our room (they said he would come in a minute).. We have been waiting for more than an hour now. I will make sure to get my €70 back for the upgrade of the room we only stayed two nights in and I will never recommend this hotel. Such a shame. Also this hotel is with full of Russian people who have no respect at all. They would just push you to get their food and they take loads of them and never eat their plate empty. Food is mostly cold and the alcoholic drinks don’t have much alcohol in it, or not at all. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!
