Absolutely fantastic vacation! I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We stayed for a week at the end of July. Everything was amazing, starting from the staff. Everyone is so polite, kind and friendly. The people at the reception were really helpful. I would like to give a special shoutout to Med Hedi from the main restaurant. That guy deserves a raise! Also, the barmen at the pool bar is a legend! The food is fantastic and delicious, there's a lot of variety and there's something for everyone! The rooms are nice and the overall aesthetic of the hotel is lovely and feels very pleasant. The pools are great, as well as the beach and the restaurants and bars near it. There's lots of things to visit in the area, too. The animators are nice, they work hard and there are so many things to do at the hotel. They organize events, games, theme nights, they even brought camels! Wow! It was an amazing stay, excellent value for money, 10/10!!!
It was the best hotel stay of my life! I came here from June 13-20, 2025 with my mother and sister, and we had an amazing time. The staff was always very kind and helpful, the food was so delicious we didn't even know what to pick next, the animation team made the vibe unforgettable and the night programs were outstanding. Right on the night we arrived, there was a fakir show, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. We also went to a 2 day trip to Sahara and we enjoyed that too, but once we arrived back in this hotel, we felt a huge joy, knowing we arrived 'home'.😊
It’s a typical Tunisian hotel, full of local vibes and entertainment. I really appreciated that sunbeds were always available, unlike other hotels where you have to wake up early just to reserve one. The hotel has limited parking spots inside, so you usually have to park outside if there's space. It gets a bit frustrating having to constantly check if a spot frees up, especially if you're planning to stay in and relax without leaving the hotel for a few days. The food had plenty of variety, but the taste didn’t really stand out. During my 5-day stay, I had to ask two or three times for cutlery, water, or drinks at every meal before finally getting them, with a smile 😃
