It is a magical place. Right now, they are in a position to remodel the place little by little and need good support. I can say that the service of the staff from Palace Lucera is the best I have ever had. The attention to serve better every day is their primary goal. The pool is extremely well-maintained and beautiful, and the morning breakfast is delicious and very complete with lots of offerings and extreme attention to detail. Their spa is so well and comfortable that we ended up sleeping after a full and exquisite time of relaxation. A few details for the owners are that they are working on all the locks to make them safer and secure, and possibly transitioning to the card-locking system when deemed appropriate. Also, Palace Lucera is an excellent place with the best staff and service I've ever had. Kudos to Palace Lucera, I will visit again.

The rooms were nice for a 4 star hotel, but the food at dinner time and breakfast were not up to standards. Especially the breakfast was extremely limited. It was also very dissapointing when we were informed that they run out of still bottled water during dinner. The management has to do something about what is going on with the people that are responsible to organise catering for the needs of the hotel. The people at the reception were very nice and helpful.
