The hotel is located at a good location (near Tulum central) and is affordable! Rooms are generally clean and staff is very friendly. We had to check in at late night 12am and the staff even helped us carry our heavy luggages. The sound is definitely a problem as it's right opposite a night club. The walls are also very thin so you can clearly hear your neighbors talking. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.
The hotel looks good in the beginning. After the air refresher smell is gone it stank of mold. All of our clothes smells like it now
My experience was not good. We left very angry. At first the room didn’t have hot water and the sheets weren’t clean (hairs on the bed). After we were moved to the different room once again the sheets weren’t clean, I asked for new sheets and was received the answer that there is no cleaning lady so either we leave and get a refund or wait for tomorrow. I wasn’t going to sleep on a disgusting bed so we asked for a refund and was told it was okay. After I booked a new place to sleep, I was told there is no refund. And also no sheets. There was no one at the reception to speak with, only WhatsApp and the man on the phone would not return my calls or answer my messages. Very bad service. Left very disappointed.
