Brilliant last minute find. Great location, real authentic Spanish feel to the place. Quirky decor and rooms. Some bits look a bit tired but that's extremely easy to look past. Breakfast was superb.

We enjoyed every moment of our stay in Nuevo San Roman for its world class accommodation with eclectic decoration in a huge room, complemented with the covered swimming pool area, the quiet library room, the terrace in a beautiful garden or just for the carefully prepared meals.
