Nugget Casino Resort

On the way to the rooms there was a strange bug spray smell, but as soon as we got into the room it was gone. Double queen room was big and clean. Bed was comfy. I always bring my own sheets and pillow case and blanket, so I can't speak on that. Valet was $10, but it took almost an hour to bring my car back to me after check out. Might as well use the self parking garage in my opinion.

The beds were comfortable and the TV was nice. I was greatly disappointed that coffee was not available in the room! I have never stayed at a hotel without complimentary coffee. The toiletries were tiny, only enough to wash one person. They were doing routine maintenance that turned my hot water off from 12am to 3am. This room is fine, if I had to pay $100 total. But I ended up paying $196 total. I really wanted coffee.

The location when seeing family is great, we normally stay here with no complaints, however this time. The shower/bath was completely uncleaned. Blood spots were on the sheets. We spoke to the front desk, was told housekeeping would redo the beds and bathroom. We returned at the end of the day to see the tub/shower had been completely untouched.. hair all over the shower from the previous guest, dirt marks all over. It wasn't sprayed/wiped down not once.. second complaint was made. They wanted housekeeping to come up after 11 to clean, we declined as we had kids. Spoke to someone that said she was manager, however she was extremely rude and unprofessional and didnt care at all. So here's the review so people are aware. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. We will next time
