I was here years ago in this location and I have used several numastays properties in Barcelona but also in Germany over the years. Convenient system without reception and everything done via Whatsapp. Entrance with pin code. Super modern clean and safe. I will come back!
Overpriced. Rooms are small. Also don’t understand why despite costing €250+ per night they can’t include a damn cleaning service to vacuum the 5meters squared they offer. Not recommended
Negatives Hot water ran out after a few minutes, last day after 30 seconds so I had a freezing cold shower. Room was hot and aircon did not work The room was so noisy, street noise and next to the lift, do not stay here without very good ear plugs. There is zero human service, they do not even empty the bin Every time you have an issue you have to contact a WhatsApp number. On my last day I wanted to leave my luggage in the storage lockers downstairs, they were all switched off. I contacted the WhatsApp and they said someone would come back to me in 5-10 minutes, that was an hour ago so I am dragging my luggage around Barcelona on my last day which has completely ruined my last day. I felt it was overpriced considering you get zero service, there would be much nicer hotels to stay at in Barcelona Good things The hotel looks nice It was easy to to get in with PIN code The room has a fridge The TV works on chromecast
