Such a great hotel, spotlessly clean: the room, public areas and outside patio. They have luggage storage free of charge, check in is convenient and contactless and parking is available too. Great for the business travellers.

Very impressed how convenient and smooth the hotel runs. From booking the room all the way till checkout, I could easily do everything on my phone and everything worked fast. The room had a homey feel and it was very clean. It was so stress-free, I'll definitely be looking for their rooms the next time I go to a new city.

I booked a room for my parents. I always stay at these simple self-service hotels for my business trips but it was the first time for my parents. My dad had the worry that no one is at the reception if there's any problems and I assured him it would be fine. Unfortunately he proved me wrong. The drain in the shower was stuck and the toilet was flooded (by the way the shower was very shallow like an inch deeper in than the floor). My mom tried to look for a housekeeper but no luck. The only contact I got from the website was a WhatsApp and the chat started with a chat bot. After I keyed in all information the bot told me it would take 5-10 minutes for a human to respond. The agent was nice but nothing she could do remotely. No housekeeping in house, no staff could take care of it. She offered another room and when I asked if that would be the same room type (medium studio) she said she could only offer closest available room. My parents are 70 and they had big suitcases so they decided to stay the night without shower. The agent did offer a 20% discount for next stay but I reckon there would be a next time so I kindly refused. Besides the microwave never worked. It showed an error code.
