It was a wonderful and comfortable stay with many great services. You can wash, dry, and iron your clothes for free. The room also offers complimentary coffee, tea, some cold drinks, and biscuits. Check-in was quick, and there are reception staff available during the day to assist you if needed. The lounge is spacious and clean, with free coffee and a billiards table. There are also small soundproof rooms where you can complete your tasks in total peace and comfort. Thank you!

There is not staff at all in the hotel - only chatbot . The room was very small and dark one small window and very little light. Also I found some hair in the bathroom which was not mine. the breakfast was the very bad: I paid 19€ per day to receive a BOX containing one apple, bottled juice, yogurt and a sandwich (empty) every morning. For this price you generally have access to buffet breakfast but since there is no staff and no restaurant, this is the only option. I wish this had been specified when I booked my room with breakfast rate

As a paying customer, I felt extremely unwelcome! It took me 41 bloody minutes to check in 🤯, because I booked through Hotels-com. Obviously because of this, I never received a booking code. I called the service number twice, but both times the line was automatically cut down. Then I spent over half an hour on WhatsApp, waiting for the system to inspect passports. When I finally received the PIN code to the hotel and to my room, the code didn’t work in the elevator, because the instructions how to get into my room were plainly wrong. 🤯 As by a miracle, there was a living employee (!) in the lobby, who could show how to make the elevator work. ALL this would have been avoided, if there had been a reception in the hotel. Things turned out well in the end, thanks to Steven’s help on WhatsApp. Well done, thank you, Steven.🌹 Fully digital hotels are a bad joke. ☠️ * I understand that Numa hotels want to make money by saving in staff costs, but as a point of departure, staffed receptions beat your botched digital nightmare 100-0. You will have to employ on-line helpers anyway - why not put them behind a reception desk?! Fully digital hotels *never* work as planned or imagined. I will not use Numa hotels anymore, and only because of this, which is a shame, because the hotel and my room were nice. The least you can do is to ensure that Hotels-com and suchlike will deliver the booking code to the customer. If you don’t get this right, you will always have complaints like this.
