Numa Frankfurt Blau

Nice room and location, very modern and great view! Just one minus the room was destroyed in some point, like the ground had a burned Whole, the curtain was about to fall and no coffee available, also not in laundry room. :/ No dishes for cooking but the microwave helped a lot. :) And the bed was very very comfortable! ♡ For a short trip nice to try.

After staying in Numa Hamburg this was kinda a let down. I got room in a first floor. First of all, it was kinda hard to find a location, i got lost and had to ask people for help as sadly Numa didn't communicate fast enough. Room was clean enough (sure there were all sorts of marks on walls and a bit of mold in the shower). But the room looked like it was halfway done, a lot if random light switches that didn't work. In general, not enough light in the whole apartment. While one window was facing the street (and tram stop), bedroom windows were facing yard and air conditioning for the store below, not a nice view at all and also couldn't keep windows open because of noise and even without heating on it was wayy too hot and stuffy inside. Bed is ok, mattress was bit too soft for me but pillows were good. Another thing is that i found halfway opened package of ear plugs near the bed. Fridge was too noisy and didn't have freezer. Dishes were not really clean (i think this apartment needs dishwasher). Good that at night it was quiet. Location is pretty good too. Around 30 minutes to old town. Yes, it's close to train station and while there are a lot of homeless people and drug sellers none of them bothered me or did anything so I actually felt pretty safe (mind you I'm AFAB nonbinary person). I think it's good place to stay for a short time but definitely not for longer.

Terrible TERRIBLE please if you’re in / coming to Frankfurt avoid Numa at all costs this is the most disgustingly terrible hotel apartment experience I’ve ever had . When Numa first began I stayed at their Munich stark location which was great , clean and in a good area and this time around I thought I’d receive the same level of service here in Frankfurt but I was wrong . This is truly insane the walls are dirty , floors not sweeped to the tea , dirty shower with black mold on the corners , furniture is run down and dirty and when I complained on WhatsApp their team offered to show me another room which was even worse than the room I got so I had to stick with the original I got . I’m truly disappointed but will let the pictures and videos speak for themselves
