It is a boutique Marriott so do not expect to see J.W. standards. But, room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was decent sized and very functional. Staff was the best I have seen. Courteous, helpful and always smiling. Breakfast included was mostly yogurt, fruit and pastries, yet good in taste and selection. coffee machine was great and they had a fresh orange juice machine.
I found myself staying here during a time when I had to undergo an emergency surgery after an unexpected medical emergency. The team has been incredibly accommodating, and kind. The location of this hotel is terrific, unbeatable, really. The cost is incredible for London standards, particularly in this area. The expectation should be that this is more of an AirBB/VRBO stay with a few extra amenities. Communication with the staff is by app, and they're very responsive. The breakfast and common area are quaint and exactly what you'd expect at this price point. Highly recommend- a quaint, boutique set of studio apartments and small guest rooms that will allow you to stay in one of the best areas of London at a super reasonable price! Thank you for everything so far, Chelsea Green Team!
Location perfect for our needs. The area is pleasant and residential, so quiet and felt safe but shops and amenities not far away Superior double was spacious clean and fresh with a nice outlook and opening windows. Hot drinks facilities but no fridge iron hairdryer toiletries Bath with shower over. The bathroom door was ribbed glass, so with the light on you could be seen on the toilet - bit weird Staff usually not much more than visible but I think that's the idea. Serve yourself breakfast was adequate but uninspiring and likely to be all gone if you were tardy. The refreshment area was pleasant and there is an all weather outside area. Some of the furnishings looking a bit tired- light coloured fabric not a great choice for high traffic seating.
