Easy access, spacious, clean & neat budget self service hotel. They have lobby and inside they provide you with all the necessary things lots of towel, shampoo, conditioner, soap, you name it. They also have pantry with electric stove, microwave with fridge and olive oil ready. The design is very calibri minimalist aesthetic.

Comfortable room in a well connected location. Only issue we noticed is bathroom blind was not closing fully and because of that no privacy. Even after reporting they didn’t fix it for 2 days.

Bad customer service. Check-in and all communication are 100% digital. There are no staff members to attend to your needs immediately. The morning of arrival (11 June 25), we received an email saying that the central air-conditioning of the hotel was down and undergoing servicing. We checked in at 9 p.m., and the AC was still not working. Fans were not provided either. We contacted the staff through WhatsApp, asking for fans for our 6 bedrooms. They told us to get them in the laundry room, but there were none. After lots of back and forth, they said they'd provide fans the next morning. On top of that, the shower in one of the rooms were broken, and when we reported it, they asked if anyone was injured. When we said no, they said they'd come the following morning to fix it, which it was. The next night, there were still no fans provided. When asked again, they said they'd send them over the next morning. This would be the 2nd night with no ventilation in all our rooms. Keep in mind, it was summertime. Plus we had babies and elderly in our group. The staff showed no remorse or urgency. They provided 2 fans on Day 3 when we had 6 bedrooms. To make things worse, the neighbourhood was very noisy at night. With sounds of ambulance sirens and trams till late at night. We had a really unpleasant stay.
