An amazing stay. A real gem of a hotel brand and a new favourite. So refreshing when everything just works and is great. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed, PIN code works really well! Hotel text to say room would be ready at 11am. This was 4 hours early which I thought was great and not expected. Handy lockers to leave luggage if needed. I also messaged in app to ask for 2 extra pillows which were duly delivered for us. Great, prompt service. Nice big walk in shower, nice grind coffee machine…from now on it will be the first hotel company I look for when travelling. Great stay!

This is an apartment style hotel, so there’s no reception/front desk. If you need any information or answers to questions, it’s right there in their app. I appreciate that there’s a PIN code required to enter the building and into the rooms. Personally, I don’t like dealing with key cards. I booked two rooms and both were so elegant. From the furnishings to the lighting, everything was perfect. Whoever is the designer has wonderful taste. In contrast, the breakfast buffet was sparse. The only warm item offered was coffee. Ironically, it’s served in their restaurant on site, but it seemed like there were no cooks. Not a huge deal, though. It was still a great stay!

Charming hotel good location just 10 min walk to city center. However, very disappointing that there is no reception desk, no service. We paid for a breakfast service 18euros per person, very poor/mediocre buffet and below expecations. No fresh fruits, no croissants remaining, price overly exagerated for what you receive in return. We booked 2 nights, there is no cleaning service unless you book 8 nights. This information was not provided on booking. Furthermore, we were parked just outside on a quiet side street and got a parking ticket. It would be convenient to have someone to talk to at reception desk for advice. Hotel not recommended, very disappointing.
