Nice pad. Able to get in early. Storage area if you have to wait for your apartment. Clean and location was great. Wished the shower would have been bigger but had to make room for the bidet.
The place doesn't look at all like the pictures. The rooms are old, neglected and dark. The doors creak and rot, to close the bathroom door we had to lift it. The floor is sticky from too much detergent The faucet in the bathroom also has only one mode. And it's weak. The shower in the bathroom is overflowing, small and cramped, the furniture is poorly maintained. The room is very noisy because of an unsealed window that doesn't filter out noise from outside. They even give out earplugs in the room. That says it all. The service is non-existent despite a commitment to 24/7 service, an example of the lack of service - we asked for an extra blanket four times, and by the end of our stay we didn't get it. At some point we just gave up on asking The building is built in a very inconvenient way to deal with luggage. We were on the 2nd floor, but to get to the room we had to take the elevator to the 3rd floor and then go up and down several different stairs to get to the room. Without luggage it's a headache but not terrible. With luggage it's terrible.
it was such a scam! rooms don’t look like on booking. apartment was very old and in desperate need of renovation. fridge wasn’t locking. ac was leaking and there was black mold in bathroom. checking in was very complicated and stressful. there was online check in and we couldn’t contact anyone. apartment was nothing like on photos. it was constantly dark. planing of the rooms and furniture was also very unusable. breakfasts were in cafe nearby and they only offered toast and coffee and nothing more - which is very basic and not enough to get full. the only good thing about this disastrous hotel is its location - in the city center. everything is very close. although hotel is on the very sketchy street - i didn’t feel safe there alone. word of advice don’t go this hotel.
