We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay at this beautiful Georgian townhouse. We were visiting Dublin for the Lions vs. Argentina match. Its location was a major plus for us, conveniently midway between the city centre and the Aviva Stadium, making our sightseeing and match attendance incredibly easy. Our suite was a true haven – spacious and beautifully decorated with a comfortable sofa and armchair. The en-suite bathroom was well-stocked with high-quality toiletries, and the king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, leading to three nights of truly restful sleep. It was a little warm as there is no air conditioning, but there is a Dyson fan in the room and once we'd figured out opening the windows we got the air circulating and it was perfect. The included breakfast was a fantastic start to each day. We loved the standard offerings of fresh fruit, yogurt, orange juice, and homemade bread. The cranberry and walnut bread, in particular, was delicious – so good it felt like having cake for breakfast (a concept I absolutely endorse!). The option to order cooked items, including a very satisfying full Irish breakfast, made it even better. Highly recommended!

This isn’t just breakfast — it’s a warm, heartfelt experience wrapped in the aromas of fresh-baked breads, sizzling goodness, and love poured into every plate. Delia is the soul of the morning here. Her hospitality is effortless yet deeply personal — she doesn’t just serve you, she welcomes you like an old friend she’s been waiting to see again. Her attentiveness is beyond compare: she remembers your preferences, checks in with genuine care, and adds those magical little touches that make you feel cherished. And the food? Let me put it this way: I’ve just spent time in Dublin, Scotland, and all around Ireland, and nothing — absolutely nothing — came close. Every dish bursts with flavor, crafted from the finest, freshest ingredients, plated with beauty, and served with warmth. This is the kind of breakfast that ruins you for all others. As for the hotel — Number 31 is a sanctuary. Stylish yet cozy, elegant yet welcoming, the whole team is as attentive and gracious as Delia herself. From the moment you arrive, you feel more like a treasured guest in someone’s beautiful home than a visitor at a hotel. Every detail is considered, every request met with a smile. Number 31 isn’t just a place to stay. It’s an experience of Irish hospitality at its absolute best — and Delia’s breakfast is the crown jewel. Number 31 is a fabulous boutique hotel. A beautiful blend of modern and historic styles. The room was huge, gorgeously decorated with all the amenities. The lobby has a wonderful eclectic feel. Special shout out to the chef and staff for breakfast. After spending two weeks in Ireland , I can easily say it’s the best breakfast in the country! Staff was lovely and attentive. Conveniently located near St. Stephen’s Green and Grafton street. Highly recommend for your trip to Ireland.
