It was my first time at this Hotel and I would book again in the future. I was solo and got a double room to myself. The rooms and bathroom were small but very clean. My room was tidied every day and fresh towels every day. The breakfast buffet was amazing, lots of fruit and choice of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. Air conditioning was free and also a free safe and fridge in the room. The pool area is small but it was very clean. In conclusion I'm surprised that some people have had bad experiences here as I can't fault the place. I would visit again in the future.
Where do I start? For here last night and was given the keys to a room which we didn’t book. Two singles instead of a double. Apparently they can’t change anything, even though that’s what we paid for. Then the shower door fell off. We spoke to reception on our way out and they we could swap rooms when we return. When we got back I opened the door and went flying (I’m on crutches after a knee replacement) the air conditioning unit had leaked all over the nasty broken up wooden floor, thus causing a bloody painful fall. We moved rooms, to a room equally as bad, barely any of the plug sockets work, shower door is also hanging off, air conditioning unit is rubbish, phone doesn’t work, no kettle, AND NOT ONE SMOKE ALARM IN SIGHT. Absolute death trap. Avoid at all costs. This is meant to be 4* I would give it 2* at absolute best.
The hotel itself is okay, but our experience was not great. We reserved a more expensive room with a double bed for a couple and upon arriving it was 2 separate single beds. We asked to change rooms and they gave us another room with 2 single beds, and never bothered to try to fix the issue. When asking another receptionist, we were told we could get a discount for the inconvenience by emailing the hotel, to which they never replied. We also tried multiple times to call the hotel after returning home but they just hang up the phone, making it impossible to get in touch with them. Overall terrible customer service, would not recommend.
