Perfect Getaway with Exceptional Service We’ve just returned from a truly relaxing stay at Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and Spa — and once again, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. A special mention must go to Surya, our driver for airport transfers. He was incredibly helpful, warm, and accommodating. His local knowledge, calm nature, and great conversation made every journey feel effortless. He’s a true gem and a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, with every corner designed for comfort and calm. The food was consistently excellent, and we enjoyed the variety across different dining options. The breakfast service was exceptional, with the staff always going the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. This was our first visit, but certainly won’t be our last. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to our next stay. Highly recommended.

This is our second time visiting and somehow it was even better than the first. It's amazing how it never feels like there's enough time in the day to get all the relaxing done that we want when we're there. The hotel caters well to those with kids and without. We had a family room which has a separate room for the kids with a bunk bed, which lead into another room with a king bed. Like having a 2 bedroom place. Perfect amount of space for us. Their pool facilities are great and the adults only area is so peaceful - we love the spa and cold plunge pool. The food is just phenomenal and my kids loved the kids menu too. The guitarist/singer is fantastic and creates a wonderful vibe for a pre-dinner drink.. We can't wait to come back.

This resort offers a truly traditional Balinese atmosphere with beautifully maintained grounds, lush greenery, and a peaceful setting that feels both authentic and refined. Everything was spotless and well cared for. The service was exceptional. Staff were warm, attentive, and consistently kind. As a honeymoon couple, we were surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which was an unforgettable gesture and really set the tone for our stay. Breakfast was the highlight. The variety was vast, the quality was top-notch, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It felt more like a curated dining experience than a typical hotel buffet. The bamboo Mediterranean restaurant on site, also impressed us with its atmosphere, great food, and fair pricing. The beach was clean and pleasant, adding to the relaxing experience. A couple of downsides included limited loungers by the beach and a lagoon pool in need of maintenance—several tiles were missing or loose on the bottom. Despite those small issues, we had a fantastic stay. I will definitely consider returning here the next time we visit Bali.
