### Review 1: Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Nusa Sedayu Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. There was no telephone connection, which made it incredibly difficult to reach the front desk or request any assistance. Additionally, there were no housekeeping staff available, and the lack of dining-in facilities made meals a challenge. Extra water was not available, and staff communication was poor throughout my stay. The rooms were dirty and not maintained, with inadequate lighting adding to the discomfort. To make matters worse, the electric geyser gave us shocks, and the bathroom drainage was the worst I've ever encountered. The hotel is poorly maintained overall. The only positive aspect was the construction and the view of the rooms, which were quite pleasant. However, these aspects do not make up for the numerous issues. I would not recommend staying here. ### Review 2: A Stay to Forget Nusa Sedayu Hotel has a lot of potential given its construction and room views, but sadly, it fails to deliver on many fronts. There was no telephone connection, making it difficult to get any help when needed. Housekeeping was non-existent, and the hotel lacked any dining-in facilities. We had no access to extra water, and communication with the staff was consistently poor. The rooms were dirty, untidy, and poorly lit, creating an uncomfortable environment. Shockingly, the electric geyser gave us shocks, which was dangerous and unacceptable. The drainage in the bathrooms was a nightmare, leading to unpleasant odors and a generally unsanitary experience. The lack of proper maintenance is evident throughout the hotel. While the construction and view are commendable, these positives are overshadowed by the numerous negatives. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. ### Review 3: Avoid This Hotel My stay at Nusa Sedayu Hotel was very disappointing. There was no telephone connection available, which made communication difficult. There were no housekeeping staff, and the hotel did not offer any dining-in facilities. We could not get extra water, and the staff communication was very poor. The rooms were dirty, not neat, and poorly lit. To make matters worse, the electric geyser gave us shocks, which was extremely unsafe. The drainage in the bathrooms was the worst part, with constant clogs and bad smells. The hotel is not maintained properly at all. The only redeeming feature is the construction and the view from the rooms, but these are not enough to make up for the many problems. I do not recommend staying here.
Don't stay there While the hotel looks nice, it was unfortunately quite dirty. Upon arrival, we found urine in the toilet bowl, which they did clean. However, we later encountered cockroaches in the bathroom, closets, and even in the room itself. To make matters worse, there were cobwebs in the corners, highlighting the lack of thorough cleaning. The breakfast was unappetizing and if you wanted pancakes, which wasn't one of their 3-4 standard options, you had to order them the day before. Laundry took a minimum of 2 days. They claim to be near the beach, but the path there is a dark, winding road and doesn't actually lead to a proper beach. It's not a pleasant walk. Overall, the hotel is not worth it, don't stay there!!
They don’t have anything apart from good looking property from outside. The receptionist is terrible and don’t expect any support from them. Washrooms are having salty water so be cautious if you wish to take a bath. Washrooms are slippery. The restaurant which they have is for the sake of having it, they do serve only pre-ordered breakfast which is cold when then serve it and they don’t have lunch/dinner. You need to walk down the hill at least for 10 min to get anything.
