NY City Resort and Spa

I checked into this hotel on 18.10.2021. This hotel has nothing to do with the promotions in google. I also bought a lux room. First of all, the treats are very bad. 3 boxes of nudels, 3 mini-packets of sesame soybean. 1 box of water, instant coffee, and tea. the main problem is ants everywhere. It is not possible to leave anything to eat in the open. The furniture is old and the headboards of the beds are swollen and deformed from moisture. The wifi and TV are very bad. The staff is very kind and friendly and they do their job. The issue is suitable as a quarantine hotel of the owner For the same price, there are hotels with higher standards in bangkok. By the way, I forgot the food. This is a quarantine hotel, so people with limited opportunities, foreigners should be served food other than Thai food. I am diabetic and rice is my arch enemy and Thai food is usually sweet.

- room was good, big enough to spend 14 days quarantine with an old TV, an old AC , a microwave, refrigerator, a kettle - quite enough to sleep at night but still gonna hear all the motorcycles and cars noise - wifi isn’t high speed. The connection cut off very often in a day. - TV has less then 10 channels with 1-2 English channels. - no hot water ! - staffs polite on the phone but I have never gotten things as I asked for in time. - foods taste okay but I’m sure the kitchen doesn’t have any knowledge about nutritions which is very bad! - not a friendly place for vegans or vegetarians to quarantine at this hotel. - they have never given enough veggies on the menus only big portion of rice and process foods(sausage isn’t foods for your health at all ) - I’ve asked them to change my food plans from normal to Vegetarian foods and they were just give you the same things just without meats still didn’t give any more vegetables - well if you have low budget for the quarantine and have no problem about foods this hotel is ones of your choices.

I will rate minus if there is. BIG NO for who is considering this hotel. Worst experience you will have. 1. Overcharge for credit card handling without notice. 2. Lots of errors in the booking process. 3. Poorest possible service. You have to call and text lots of times for the same request and your supply still doesn't come. 4. There's almost no response from service LINE account. 5. No network connection. I've been using my own mobile data all the way. 6. Please fix the godan door. Some rude idiot customers slam the door like bomb exploring all the time.
