Nysa Hotel, while boasting the allure of a resort perched atop a mountain with breathtaking views, unfortunately, falls short in several key areas, warranting a rating of 2 out of 5. The picturesque setting promises an idyllic retreat; however, the reality of the accommodations does not fully deliver on this promise. **Positives:** - **Resort-like Appearance:** The hotel impresses with its resort-like facade, promising luxury and relaxation. - **Mountain Top Location:** Its position atop a mountain offers guests stunning panoramic views, making it a potentially perfect getaway for nature lovers and those seeking tranquility away from the city. **Areas for Improvement:** - **Room Condition:** The rooms, unfortunately, betray the hotel's initial promise of a luxury retreat, being not only outdated but also poorly maintained. - **Cleanliness Issues:** The lack of cleanliness further detracts from the guest experience, with rooms not meeting basic hygiene standards. - **Lack of Essentials:** The absence of essential items like toilet paper is a significant oversight, pointing to poor management and inadequate guest care. - **Difficult Access:** The challenging road leading to the hotel poses an additional inconvenience, potentially deterring guests from venturing out or even choosing to stay. In summary, Nysa Hotel's prime location and the promise of stunning views are overshadowed by the significant shortcomings in room quality, cleanliness, and overall management. The hotel's potential to offer a serene and luxurious mountain retreat is compromised by these issues. Attention to detail in maintaining the rooms and ensuring basic amenities and accessibility could greatly improve the overall guest experience, making the hotel's attractive setting and views worth the journey.

Great view over the region Aydin. Service was ok and employees are motivated but thats actually everything i can mention to be positive at all. The hotel needs a lot of renovation. The rooms are very old. In Europe this hotel would have maximum 2 stars. The road that leads to the hotel crosses a Ghetto and the breakfast is not worth to mention. The rating is totally overrated. This is not any european Standard hotel.
