I was a little concerned seeing the reviews of this hotel but honestly I'm not sure where the negative reviews came from. It's an old building so as expected the rooms were a bit dated, and the taps needed to be run for a little longer for the hot water, but the bed was very comfortable and it was in a peaceful location with easy access to Ely Town center. The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Exactly what I needed! Thank you for the comfortable stay
Arrived keys straight away, room fantastically clean towels, bathroom, toiletries, T & coffee or provided. Great night's sleep bed very comfy. Would definitely stay again.
The Nyton is an eccentric hotel but in a nice way, with plenty of parking and pets welcome. Robert couldn't have been more helpful on arrival. Our room 1 was large, more than enough towels and lots of cupboard space. The room overlooked a large welcoming garden with beautiful trees. The rooms are serviced daily. Wide choice for breakfast and served quickly with a smile. A quirky and relaxed hotel, we would certainly stay again. It is around a 10 minute walk to the cathedral.
