NYX Hotel Dublin Christchurch

Wonderful hotel! The staff is incredibly kind and attentive. After a very stressful evening where someone tried to break into our apartment (at another hotel), we arrived in the middle of the night, in our pajamas, panicked and disoriented. The receptionist welcomed us with such care. He kindly offered us a place to sit while we checked the hotel’s availability and made our booking in a safe and calm environment. He was very thoughtful and even offered us a drink after our reservation (unfortunately, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it). The rooms are beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. Everything is clean and well maintained. We felt completely safe and relaxed throughout our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional staff and great facilities.

Absolutely incredible stay from start to finish! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcomed — warm, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. Every need we had was confirmed and met without hesitation, which made the entire experience feel seamless and stress-free. The location? Perfection. Right in the heart of everything — restaurants, attractions, nightlife — but somehow, once we stepped into the hotel, it was like entering a peaceful retreat. So quiet, so calm, we slept better here than we do at home! The room was surprisingly spacious, beautifully designed, and spotless. It had everything we needed, and then some. We travel often, and this was hands down one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend for anyone who wants luxury, comfort, and calm right in the middle of all the action. We’ll definitely be back and request room 204! The first building!

When we first arrived we had some issues with the lights in our room which were not working properly. When adressing this, we were told that someone would take a look at this. When we came back it still wasn’t fixed so we mentioned it again. We got a different room which was great and also a lot more modern (especially the sanitary areas) than our initial room. Very happy with the way this was resolved and we felt a lot more comfortable in this room. We’ve had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the hotel multiple times and it was all delicious every time. Cocktails great as well. All of the staff is very friendly, helpful and wants to make the experience for the guests as enjoyable as possible. The ambience, furnishment and decoration in basically all areas of the hotel are impeccable. On our last day when we had just checked out, we got the news that our flight was canceled and were only able to leave the next day, the lady at the reception went out of her way to make sure that we could stay one more night when at first this seemed not possible and would’ve had to leave at 12:00. A few moments later we got a call that we were able to stay. We are still very thankful for this since it would have been difficult to find a different hotel at the start of the weekend. We have really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends and family.
