NYX Hotel Mannheim by Leonardo Hotels

I had a wonderful stay at NYX Hotel in Mannheim! The room was very clean and had enough space to feel comfortable. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its perfect location—everything is nearby! The main city attractions, restaurants, and shops are just steps away, making it extremely convenient, especially when traveling with family. I can honestly say this is the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Mannheim. Highly recommended!

Great location and lovely, comfortable rooms however A/C broke on our last night so was quite stuffy even with windows open. We went to the bar at least 4 times however were never served or even acknowledged (what’s the point of having a bar if you don’t serve people?) so we went elsewhere for food and drinks.

The hotel is beautiful, with a modern design and friendly receptionists. However, there are no amenity sets in the bathroom, not even a shower cap. Also, at the restaurant during breakfast, it is not hygienic to leave whole, unwashed vegetables on the buffet after everyone has touched them. At least cut them in the kitchen,that every could serve without touching it.
