Absolutely phenomenal hotel! From start to finish, my stay was nothing short of outstanding. The staff went above and beyond in every interaction, making me feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highlights: • Perfect location: Directly across from the massive train and bus station, yet the area feels safe and inviting. Everything is within easy walking distance, making exploring the city a breeze. Don’t miss the huge food hall in the train station; it’s right across the street! • Spotlessly clean rooms: My room was immaculate and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after long days of travel. The housekeeper is so nice, too! • Exceptional staff: Every team member, from reception to housekeeping to the bar, greeted me warmly and with a smile. They even moved me into a room ready before check-in—an absolute lifesaver after a red-eye flight! Later, when I needed a converter, they quickly found one from their collection that worked perfectly. In the evenings, I enjoyed expertly made Aperol spritzes served with genuine warmth by the fantastic bartender—twice, because they were that good. This hotel combines comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality in a way that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Outstanding value for the price. I can’t recommend it highly enough!

Great hotel Very close like 3 minutes to the train station. The complimentary were great! 2 bottle of water, coffee and cookies The room was very clean and we got the city view. The nagroni was great and you have a nice terrace and ground floor with aperitifs. Definitely recommend!

Excellent modern hotel. Staff were all lovely. Room was spotless and air conditioning was good. Located right beside train station which was super handy. Is a long walk in the heat to the main sites. Plenty of good eating places all within a close distance. Can’t fault it at all.
