A True Oasis – Can’t Wait to Return! My stay at Nomade Hotel was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcomed and cared for. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the experience special. The property itself is absolutely stunning—every corner is thoughtfully designed and surrounded by natural beauty, creating such a peaceful and inspiring atmosphere. Breakfast each morning was a highlight—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I felt completely safe throughout my stay, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy every moment. This is the kind of place I could return to every year. It’s more than just a hotel—it’s an experience. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a serene and memorable getaway!

My friend and I stayed at Nomade a few weeks ago and could not have had a better experience. The grounds are so beautiful and we loved the organic yet modern, chic vibe. We stayed in the jungle room and it was absolutely perfect. Very clean. Well appointed. We also enjoyed sitting on the porch where we had a view of the ocean. The food was great- we really enjoyed all of our meals- some of the best food we had during our entire trip. The service was fantastic from the front desk staff to the servers in the restaurants to really anyone we came in contact with- everyone was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely plan to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Tulum.

The property and decor is stunning. The struggle is the management/service. We had Fuego Suite which is gorgeous but it smelt like sewage. I see other reviews mentioned this. At one time the mini-bar fridge had a shelf break off so a bottle shattered. We asked for someone to come clean the glass and was told cleaning was gone and would not return until next morning. Shocking response with glass all scattered on floor. It was hard to find beach towels. It was hard to get extra towels for our bathroom. They charged us for an extra person (suite holds 4) but they did not set the room up for 3, and we kept having to ask for more items in room for 3. The hostesses and waitstaff at restaurants and beach were good though. The yoga classes are great too. This place should be run so much better than it is.
