A very pet-friendly, family hotel with beautiful views and quiet relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast is prepared by the owners from local ingredients, the pool is warm and surrounded by olive trees. A big plus is that you can take your dog to the area around the pool (not directly by the pool but beneath the trees), so you can go for a swim and don’t have to leave him/her in the room. The location is excellent if you want to go for dinner to local restaurants, 5/10 minutes by foot.

We spent a few truly wonderful days here with my wife and our dog. Everything is clean, the rooms are of a high standard, well designed, and the food is delicious! The hosts are perfect – you never feel like they’re hovering, yet they’re always available for a chat or to offer helpful advice when needed. The olive garden is beautifully maintained and well cared for, making it a perfect place to relax outdoors and admire the surrounding mountains. P.S. The local olive oil is definitely worth stocking up on! 😉

We needed a quiet, comfortable accomodation with good proximity to both Arco and Riva with easy parking and we found it at O-live. What a beautiful, spacious property surrounded by olives and tranquility. The room was superb, the bathroom spacious and with a wonderful shower. We loved our stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. The breakfast was fabulous, served with kindness and love and the owners really know how to make one feel welcome and at home. Guests are offered coffee, tea, cakes, water on tap and an honesty bar to help themselves to in the afternoon. A generous and thoughtful touch. There is also a bar fridge in the room. We will be back as this will be our go-to home in Riva/Arco on future visits.
