We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff were really friendly, breakfast was awesome,location was great! Highly recommend. Maybe as a small comment,Sea point is rather noisy. You do pick up some of it at night but other then that all good😊.

Lovely stay. It felt safe and welcoming. The bathrooms could be nicer, the sink tap is low which made it a little bit difficult to use The suite was lovely, they cleaned the jacuzzi for us on the day and provided us with gowns. We ordered cocktails it was lovely. Breakfast is lovely as well, you choose one item from the menu and they provide juices, tea or coffee There is also fruits and yoghurt available

Quite disappointed with the couples spa luxury treatment. It felt rushed and the therapist did not guide us through the treatments as I expected. It felt like I needed to initiate the conversation as to what was being done and what products were used. It felt so sketchy the person doing admin behind the desk and taking calls was also the massage therapist the nail and feet tech and doing facials and detox therapy. No drink on arrival, or throughout the treatment. The ladies were lovely polite but just not knowledgeable about the treatments and products and neither were they dressed the part no uniform which made the whole experience feel amateur like and unprofessional.
