The hotel is absolutely wonderful! It is ideally located in the heart of Vienna. The ambiance, decor, and interior are both beautiful and stylish, with excellent maintenance. The breakfast was delicious. Although we had booked a standard room, we were kindly upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture. The metro station is very close, making it convenient to get around. I would definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit to Vienna.
Arrived at 011 yesterday, our room is amazing, very close to city central, so far loving Vienna! We went to Ali's grillhouse last night, the food was delicious. Can highly recommend both places
The hotel is in a great location, and the rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Overall, we had a pleasant stay. However, we experienced some frustration when there was a misunderstanding about the number of guests allowed in the room. Although we had confirmed the details with a staff member over the phone beforehand, the staff on-site were not willing to assist or find a solution. A bit more flexibility and communication would have made the experience much better.
