Oak Haven Hotel and Suites

Oak Heaven Hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. While it's clear that the hotel has lost some of its former luster, it's still trying to put on a good face. The location, however, is absolutely fantastic - being in the heart of GRA makes it super convenient. Despite some wear and tear, the hotel's charm still shines through. With a bit of renovation and TLC, Oak Heaven Hotel could easily regain its top spot. For now, it's a solid 4-star experience. I'd definitely recommend it for its location and potential - just don't expect absolute perfection. 👍

This is my haven go-to place for breakfast buffet and while they may not be excellent (there's plenty room for improvement ), they definitely put in the work and the effort. The meals are tasty and worth the price and more. They have a variety of dishes to pick from and I liked the stir-fry veggies. The fruit section needs an upgrade but it's not so bad. There's a roster for the menu served on each day and week, be it continental or intercontinental, so you can call and find out before visiting. Gloria was wonderful the day I called and she guided me on what I wanted, thank you. The rooms are lovely too, dou I wasn't lodged. Beautiful and serene environment for pictures and relaxation. Well done Oak Haven.

Nice hotel, terrible staff The hotel itself is great, clean, comfortable, and everything works just fine. But the staff? Wow. It’s like smiling is against the rules. Every time I asked a question, I felt like I was bothering them during their personal time. If you're into silent treatments and cold stares, you're gonna love it here! Perfect place if you want a nice room and an attitude with your stay.
