I had a wonderful experience during my visit. The customer service was truly excellent every staff member was welcoming, attentive, and eager to help. From the moment we arrived we felt well taken care of. The receptionist in particular was extremely kind and helpful making sure all our needs were met with a warm smile and professional attitude. The food was another highlight of our visit. Every dish we tried was delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. The menu offers a great variety of options to suit different tastes, and everything is reasonably priced which made the experience even more enjoyable. It’s clear that quality and customer satisfaction are priorities here. The environment was clean and pleasant creating a comfortable atmosphere that made us feel relaxed and happy throughout our time there. It’s not easy to find places that balance good food, friendly service, and affordable prices so well, but this place does it effortlessly. Thank you to the entire team for making our day so enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back again and will be recommending this place to our friends and family. Keep up the great work!

The room was clean, with fresh bed sheets and a well-maintained environment. Almost all the facilities we requested were provided without any issues. I recently stayed at Oak Ray City Hotel in Kandy, and overall, my experience was quite positive. The registration process was smooth and hassle-free, setting a good tone for my stay. The hotel itself is decent, with clean rooms—after my initial check-in, the staff promptly cleaned my room again and changed the sheets and blankets. I want to highlight Mr. Bandar, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was satisfactory. However, the first room I was assigned was near the railway station, which was quite noisy. Once I mentioned the issue, the staff quickly moved me to a quieter room. While the second room wasn't in as good condition, the absence of noise made for a much more comfortable experience. The next morning, I left early, and the hotel staff kindly packaged my breakfast, ensuring everything was in good condition for my departure. The service throughout my stay was excellent, and the staff were incredibly helpful. My only suggestion would be to avoid assigning noisy rooms to guests in the future. Despite this, I would recommend Oak Ray City Hotel for its attentive service and friendly staff.
